Airport Transfers

99% of our work consists of airport transfers. Jobs are allocated to drivers in advance to prevent errors, and weekly driver reports ensure smooth operations. As we operate on a commission-based circuit, you only pay after a job has been successfully completed.

School Run Drivers

The most reliable drivers are offered school run assignments. To participate, you must complete MIDAS training and hold a valid DBS check (not older than 3 years). Once assigned, school runs are your responsibility for the entire academic year.

• Driver Earnings: £300–£800 per week, depending on distance, number of children, and whether a passenger assistant is provided.
• This is a steady work opportunity, allowing you to make a real difference in young people’s lives and support local authority services.

Passenger Assistants

Passenger Assistants accompany young people on school runs, ensuring they are safely collected from home and delivered to school.

• Most assignments involve children with special educational needs (autism, emotional or behavioural difficulties, Asperger’s syndrome, hearing or sight impairments, etc.).
• Work Hours: Part-time, Monday to Friday, during school term times. Typical hours are 06:00–10:00 and 14:00–17:00, varying by route.
• Pay: £11.50 per hour, with potential increases after the first year, averaging 16–30 hours per week.

Requirements for Passenger Assistants

To apply, you will need:

• Completion of PATS (Passenger Assistant Training)
• Proof of ID and 2 proofs of address (bank statement, utility bill)
• National Insurance number
• Enhanced DBS certificate with children and adults barred lists checked
• Proof of right to work in the UK

Driver Requirements for FSRevolution / 247 Airport Transfer

To work as a driver with FSRevolution / 247 Airport Transfer, candidates must meet the following conditions:

Vehicle Requirements

• Vehicle should not be older than 5 years
• Must have GPS with live traffic updates
• Child seat must be available in the car

Driver Requirements

• Intermediate to advanced English
• PCO and PHV licence
• Wear company suit, tie, and badge
• No more than 6 points on your driving licence

• Passport / ID copy
• National Insurance Number (NINO)
• Enhanced CRB / DBS certificate (not older than 3 years)
• Passport photo
• Driving Licence + Counterpart
• PCO Licence
